These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through qnmto.com. By submitting an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is subject to these Terms together with the other policies made available on this website.

If a specific product page, promotion, or checkout notice contains additional terms, those terms will also apply to the relevant transaction.

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, included components, availability, and pricing accurately.

Because many qnmto™ products feature stone-inspired textures, architectural surfaces, warm neutral finishes, or naturally varied visual details, minor differences in tone, pattern, texture, or appearance may occur.

Product appearance may also vary slightly because of lighting, photography, display settings, or normal production variation. Genuine errors may be corrected and product information may be updated where necessary.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order does not prevent reasonable verification of payment, inventory, delivery information, fraud risk, or legal restrictions.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing or information errors, unauthorized resale activity, or applicable legal restrictions.

If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, an appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Prices, Currency, Taxes & Payment

Transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD). Product prices, applicable shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and the final order total are displayed before payment is submitted.

By supplying payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the information provided is accurate.

A bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may apply additional verification requirements, currency-conversion fees, foreign-exchange charges, or temporary authorization holds. Such charges or procedures are controlled by the relevant provider, not by qnmto™.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During promotions, holidays, unusual order volumes, or other exceptional circumstances, additional processing time may be required.

For U.S. deliveries, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 5–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, destination restrictions, incorrect delivery information, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery.

Customers must contact us before returning merchandise to obtain authorization, return instructions, and the correct return warehouse address.

After an approved return is received, inspection is generally completed within 5 business days.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.

Cancellation requests should be submitted within 12 hours after purchase whenever possible. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing, fulfillment, shipment preparation, or dispatch has begun.

7. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers may contain eligibility requirements, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, expiration dates, usage limits, or other clearly communicated conditions.

Discount codes must be applied before checkout is completed. Unless otherwise stated, promotions may not be exchanged for cash, transferred, combined with other offers, or applied retroactively to completed orders.

qnmto™ may withdraw or correct a promotion when reasonably necessary because of an obvious error, misuse, unauthorized distribution, or other circumstances inconsistent with the communicated offer terms.

8. Personal Use & Prohibited Activity

Products and services offered through qnmto.com must be used lawfully.

Fraudulent transactions, unauthorized resale schemes, payment abuse, misuse of promotional offers, interference with website functionality or checkout systems, automated activity intended to disrupt normal operation, or other unlawful activity is prohibited.

We may restrict transactions or access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, payment systems, or our legitimate business interests.

9. Liability & Consumer Rights

Customers remain responsible for following product-specific instructions, handling guidance, placement recommendations, and other safety information supplied with or displayed for a product.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the version of these Terms in effect when an order is placed generally governs that transaction.

Continued use of qnmto.com after revised terms are published constitutes use of the website under the then-current terms, subject to applicable law.
